Wagtail is a bilge keel Mk 2 built in 1975. She is kept on a mooring at the modern and well-equipped Hythe Sailing Club (hythesailingclub.co.uk) where the membership fees for an individual are £165 per year. Her running costs (mooring, insurance, annual antifoul, winter hard standing, etc) are around £25 per share per month. It doesn't come cheaper than that!
You’ll be joining a lively, easygoing and friendly syndicate who have thoroughly refurbished Wagtail over the last two seasons. The syndicate uses the RYA's Syndicate Bill Of Sale and has a written Syndicate Agreement but in practice operates informally.
